Pork Tenderloin Sandwiches
This simple recipe is husband approved and makes for a quick and easy supper! Serve with anything from a salad to Cole slaw to green beans or baked beans!

Ingredients:
1 to 1 1/2 pound pork tenderloin
1/4 cup soy sauce
2/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1 18 ounce can crushed tomatoes, basil, garlic, and oregano flavored
1 tbsp brown sugar, packed
6-8 Kings Hawaiian hamburger buns (depending on how large you want the sandwiches)
Combine all ingredients (except the buns) in a slow cooker. Cook on low setting for 6-8 hours. Pull pork apart with tongs and soak in the juices for the last hour of cooking. Serve on buns. TIP: I marinated the pork in the soy sauce, vinegar, tomatoes and brown sugar mixture in a large Ziploc bag for 2 days. This is a great recipe to marinade on Sunday and then put in the crock pot before school or work within the next few days.
