Kid Friendly Breakfast Smoothie
My son is now 13 and it isn’t cool to eat breakfast anymore. However, he loves a smoothie and it is perfect for him to drink on the way to school. Plus, this one packs lots of protein to keep him full and 3 servings of fruit too! Quick, yummy, and healthy is a win win in my book!
Ingredients:
1 Whole Banana, Peeled
1 Cup Frozen Peaches
1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries
1/2 Cup Milk
1 4.5 ounce Greek Yogurt, Vanilla
Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately. This yields one serving, about 8 ounces.
